Winthrop University has a great visual arts program, but it often gets overlooked when depicted in other University materials which try to reach a much broader audience. Potential students of the visual arts are a different breed though. Spiritual Classics Program

CSO Spiritual Ensemble - Spiritual Classics ProgramThanks to Lee Pringle, executive director of the CSO Spiritual Ensemble and CSO Gospel Choir, my freelance work has really taken off.

This program was the first project we did for the Spiritual Ensemble when the organization was formed in early 2009. We decided to create a subtly vintage identity to reference the origin of the African American Spiritual. Since this project, we’ve further refined and expanded upon this aesthetic to create some really beautiful pieces. The 2009/2010 concert season is shaping up to be the nicest looking yet.
